Intended learning outcomes

Vorbereitung der Studierenden auf die Aspekte der Durchführung von IT-Projekten und ihre Einbettung in die sozio-technische Realität, aber auch in die jeweilige Entwicklungssituation von IT-Projekten und die dabei involvierten Aspekte des Wandels.

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

Vortrag mit Diskussion unter Einbeziehung von schriftlichen studentischen Beiträgen in MOODLE und weiterführender Literatur, Simulationen, Gruppenarbeiten

Course content

Einführung in die Führung von IT-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung der mit der Projektumsetzung bewirkten und der nach Inbetriebnahme wirkenden Änderungsprozesse.Eine Detailbeschreibung sowie den Zeitplan zur LV finden Sie im MOODLE-System.

This lecture introduces the different types of Information System projects and how to manage them. Especially, it focuses on the notion of change and the topics related to leadership and management.

Arbeiten an der Fallstudie, Teilnahme an zwei AMEISE Simulationen,  Erstellen und Präsentieren eines Projekt-Portfolios
