Interoperability

  • Being able to accomplish end-user applications using different types of computer systems, operating systems, and application software, interconnected by different types of local and wide areanetworks.
  • Beyond the ability of two or more computer systems to exchange information, semantic interoperability is the ability to automatically interpret the informationexchanged meaningfully and accurately in order to produce useful results asdefined by the end users of both systems.

Themen:

  • Probleme der Interoperabilität
  •  Architekturen für Interoperabilität
  • Föderierte Datenbanken
  • Schema Matching und Mapping
  • semantische Modellierung und Ontologien
  • RDF & Linked Open Data
  • OWL und Protege
  • Semantische Annotation
  • Open Annotation
  • Provenance
  • Blockchains and Smart Contracts for  Interoperability
