Intended learning outcomes

Indepth study of Business Process Engineering: Design, Modeling, Analysis and Quality Assurance


Requirements

Bachelor in Informatics or Information Management

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

  1. VK: 50% lecture 50% practical work

Course target:

The students enjoy to deal with business processes, their description, analysis and their alignment with business models. They will be enabled to configurate a modeling toolset and use it in practise. They have a comprehensive unterstanding of quality assurance in the context of application development processes.

9. Foundations of Business Process Modeling
