Course content
Die Veranstaltung ist eine von zwei Vertiefungskursen für das gebundene Wahlfach Dienstleistungsmanagement. Er kann aber auch eigenständig gehört werden im Rahmen des Studienzweigs Entrepreneurships. Die Inhalte des Kurses fallen in den strategischen Bereich des Dienstleistungsmanagements und liegen an der Schnittstelle zwischen dem Dienstleistungsmanagement und dem Entrepreneurship.
Konkret werden folgende Inhalte behandelt:
- Theoretischen Grundlagen zum Service Business Development
- Ideengenerierung
- Situationsanalyse
- Prozessanalyse
- Absicherung
- Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse
- Gesamtbewertung

Intended learning outcomes
This course is one of two in depth courses for the elective subject (gebundenes Wahlfach) Service Management. It is also possible to attend this course on its own as part of the major „Entrepreneurship“. This course‘s content is strategically oriented and a mixture between Service Management and Entrepreneurship.
