Intended learning outcomes

  • Übersicht über Elemente des digitalen Unternehmens kennen
  • Fokus: Digitalisierte Prozesse: Rolle des Geschäftsprozessmanagement im digitalen Unternehmen
    • Anwendungsperspektiven der Geschäftsprozessmodellierung/simulation kennen und am Beispiel  eines praktischen Beispiels aus der Praxis mit dem Werkzeug ADONIS anwenden können.
    • Zusammenhang betriebswirtschaftliche/technisches Geschäftsprozessmanagement (Workflow Management) verstehen 
    • Grundlagen Datawarehousing und dessen Rolle im Geschäftsprozessmanagement kennen
  • Fokus: Digitale Vernetzung von MitarbeiterInnen: Potentiale von e-Communities / eCooperation im Unternehmen

  • Fokus: Digitale Innovation: Crowdsourcing

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

Bei blended LVs ist die Teilnehmer-Aktivierung wesentlich für den Erfolg - daher müssen Sie bereit sein, aktiv mitzuarbeiten. Sie werden daher teilweise alleine als auch in Gruppen (3-4 Personen) aktiv an den Inhalten mitarbeiten.

KEINE traditionelle Vorlesung (eher VU) !  Gruppenarbeit !

ACHTUNG:  für Studium BWL: 4 ECTS   Informationsmanagement: 3 ECTS

  • Geschäftsprozess Modellierung und Simulation
  •  Business Intelligence (Data Warehousing)
  •  Workflow Management und WFM-Systeme
  •  Potentiale von e-Communities / eCooperation im Unternehmen
  •  Crowdsourcing

 Die Fortsetzung der LV-Reihe findet mit Teil 2 im Wintersemester statt.

Know about key elements of the digital enterprise

Focus: Digitized processes - Role of Business Process Management in the digital enterprise

  • Know about the application perspectives of business process modelling/simulation and be able to model/simulate an practical example  with the ADONIS toolset.
  • Understand the context of business management / technical business process management (workflow management).
  • Understand the basics of data warehousing and its role in business process management.

Focus: Digital networking of employees - Understand the potentials of e-Communities / eCooperation in enterprises

Focus: Digital Innovation: understand the power of crowdsourcing for enterprises
