Coordination of multiple mobile robots
Programming of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles)
Basics of ROS (Robot Operating System)
Define, plan and develop own project
Lehrmethodik inkl. Einsatz von eLearning-Tools
At the beginning an introduction to coordination and programming/simulation of UAVs/algorithms with ROS will be given. Students will be asked to form groups and define and plan a project based on suggested examples or their own interests. It is possible but not mandatory to use our toy UAVs (ARDrone2.0) for implementing the project. The majority of the semester students will have time to realize the project. Students will have to give an initial presentation to propose their project and a final presentation to present the results, and report progress and problems informally at status meetings.
