Prüfungsinformationen
Im Fall von online durchgeführten Prüfungen sind die Standards zu beachten, die die technischen Geräte der Studierenden erfüllen müssen, um an diesen Prüfungen teilnehmen zu können.
Prüfungsmethode/n
Solving assignments, Presentation, typewritten solutions.
Prüfungsinhalt/e
Applying (and sometimes extending) methods taught in the lecture.
Beurteilungskriterien/-maßstäbe
- 24 points may be obtained in total.
- 12 of those points can be obtained by solving assignments and presenting solutions. ("Presentation points")
- For the remaining 12 points, every student will be assigned 3 somewhat lengthier problems ("Problem points").
- For the presentation points, there will be 4 sessions of 75 minutes; the best 3 sessions are counted. Students are expected to present the assignments handed out via Moodle a week before the session. In each exercise session, a student may be awarded up to 4 points depending on the quantity and quality of the individual presentations.
- For the problem points, students are expected to solve these problems and hand in typewritten solutions until November 30, 2018. Each of the problems is worth 4 points (for mathematical correctness and presentation).
- Unregistration is possible until October 31st. After this date, you will get a grade in any case except when you did not achieve any point.
The sum of presentation points and problem points translates into grades as follows:
>= 12 Points Grade 4 >= 15 Points Grade 3 >= 18 Points Grade 2 >= 21 Points Grade 1
