Lehrmethodik inkl. Einsatz von eLearning-Tools

Group work, lecture, extensive self-study, homework assignments, and written assessments. Students will also be expected to regularly read academic papers in English and discuss them in class.

Inhalt/e

This course focuses on academic writing and covers the following:

Paragraph structure
Essay structure (introduction, main body and conclusion)
Writing thesis statements
Argumentative writing
Compare and contrast writing
Referencing
Paraphrasing
