Intendierte Lernergebnisse
The aim of this course is to integrate the cultures of international students to their new environment in Austria, since may not only positively affect their academic accomplishments, but would also enable national students to experience different cultures and languages. Moreover, the joint study of various cultures encourages students to overcome prejudices. The interactive course for international students is being designed to accompany students through the different stages of a “culture shock” and give them the opportunity to experience intercultural exchanges as well as discover their personal potential. The course is being held in English. As the aim is not to speak faultless English, students will be encouraged to speak and discuss with their own foreign-language level and attempt to find out the cultural/language aspects of their own boundaries
