Intended learning outcomes
Studierende sollen einen guten Überblick über die genannten Rechtsgebiete bekommen. Ziel ist die Vermittlung von "Systemwissen". Studierende sollen befähigt werden, rechtliche Probleme zu erkennen und auch eigenständig zu beantworten.
