Intendierte Lernergebnisse
- Knowledge of basic project management skills,
- Understanding of fund raising and social marketing,
- Understanding of project cycle management and project work,
- Understanding of self-funding of NGOs,
- Basic skills for project proposals on the EU level;
Lehrmethodik inkl. Einsatz von eLearning-Tools
Lectures and project work in small teams (up to 6 students). Each team will prepare and develop a project proposal in the field of social pedagogy through all phases of project management.

- The process andfunctions of management (planning, organizing, leadership, evaluation);
- Nonprofit sector in different welfare systems – a comparativeperspective;
- Characteristics of non-profit organizations;
- Leadership in non-profit sector;
- Organizational climate and culture (vision, strategy, values, models,development and analyses of organizational culture)
- Learning organization (creativity, empowerment, structure, knowledgemanagement)
- Human resources management (planning, selection, employment, education,communication, motivation);
- Social marketing (examples, use of social marketing in the field of socialpedagogy);
- Project management;
- Business plan basics;
