LV-Beschreibung

Intendierte Lernergebnisse

  • Knowledge of basic project management skills,
  • Understanding of fund raising and social marketing,
  • Understanding of project cycle management and project work,
  • Understanding of self-funding of NGOs,
  • Basic skills for project proposals on the EU level;

Lehrmethodik

 Lectures and project work in small teams (up to 6 students). Each team will prepare and develop a project proposal in the field of social pedagogy through all phases of project management.


Inhalt/e

  • The process andfunctions of management (planning, organizing, leadership, evaluation);
  • Nonprofit sector in different welfare systems – a comparativeperspective;  
  • Characteristics of non-profit organizations;
  • Leadership in non-profit sector;
  • Organizational climate and culture (vision, strategy, values, models,development and analyses of organizational culture)
  • Learning organization (creativity, empowerment, structure, knowledgemanagement)
  • Human resources management (planning, selection, employment, education,communication, motivation);
  • Social marketing (examples, use of social marketing in the field of socialpedagogy);
  • Project management;
  • Business plan basics;
