Inhalt/e
This year, the focus of the course lies on entrepreneurial exit. We start with the analysis of a literature list on selected articles related to entrepreneurial exit. The selected papers are regarded as the first orientation in the field and as a control set for the subsequent own literature review. We have selected two topics, which will be the core subject of the literature review (and the final paper): (a) entrepreneurial exit in team ventures (based on motivational theories) and (b) business exit (based on entrepreneurial learning theories). The literature review conducted (written report) will be rewarded with 4 ECTS credit points. Students who will prepare a journal paper based on the course work will gain additional 4 ECTS credit points.
Literatur
Students will receive access to selected articles in the first session.
