Intended learning outcomes

Die Lehrveranstaltung gibt eine Einführung für MasterstudentInnen in die Grundlagen von Verteilten Multimediasystemen. An erster Stelle geht es um Ressourcenverwaltung in Rechnernetzen und Videoserversystemen.

Die LV hat eine über 50%-tige Übereinstimmung mit dem früheren "Distributed Multimedia Systems" VK.

Intended learning outcomes

The course gives an introduction for master students into the basics of Distributed Multimedia Systems. The main emphasis is on resource management in computer networks and server systems.

The course is more than 50% the same as the earlier course (VK) on "Distributed Multimedia Systems".
