Inhalt/e
The course will provide a cosmopolitical view to the daily life inglobal operating industrial companies in Carinthia and examine howintercultural/transcultural aspects are handled within diversity management inthose companies. Expats, Impats and their situation after relocation will bediscussed. For companies cultural diversity is crucial as heterogeneous teamsare the normality. Participants will learn about the implementation ofintercultural tools in diversity management in companies and are expected tounderstand the differences of transcultural, intercultural, pluralicultural andmulticultural approaches. Locomotion records and biographies will give aninsight into the situation of Expats and Impats. Group discussion will focus onthe advantages of intercultural competences.
