Course Information
Intended learning outcomes
After the course students should be familiar with the main theories of cognitive ageing in psychology and factors that are contributing to the change of different processes over the lifetime. Additionally, students should know main methodological and statistical procedures to study the psychology of cognitive ageing.

Course content
The course is intended to introduce students with various approaches in the cognitive ageing domain. For every class the students are required to read and prepare one study that is going to be discussed. Every class starts with the introduction of the methodology, statistical, and theoretical approach used in the discussed study. After the introduction of the unknown concepts, the study is being thoroughly examined.

Assessment criteria / Standards of assessment for examinations
Students discussion during the course are going to serve as an oral exam, while every student is suppose to write a plan of his own study in the domain of cognitive aging at the end of the course (introduction, hypothetical assumptions, methods).
