Inhalt/e

This course will not be offered in the summer semester 2016, but you can take the exams in the summer term 2016. There will be 3 exam dates during the semester. You can enroll yourself via the ZEUS system. The exam will address questions based on the book "Consumer Behavior" (Solomon, M.R.) (see Literature) In the upcoming summer semester 2017 the course will be offered in class again.

Themen

  • I: Consumers as Individuals: Perception, Learning and Memory, Motivation and Values, The Self, Personality and Psychographics
  • II: Consumers as Decision Makers: Attitudes and Persuasion, Decision Making, Buying and Disposing
  • III: Communicating to the Consumer

Erwartete Vorkenntnisse

To join the course, you must be enrolled in the master program "International Management". Exchange students (Erasmus or Joint Study) enrolled in a bachelor or a master program are also admitted.
