The class provides an introduction to legal thinking with a focus on the entrepreneurial and international perspective. Students will be led to explore legal issues of contract and business law. This exploration will be approached by looking at a fact pattern and working through the legal issues involved. Thinking about the facts from a variety of legal perspectives should enable students to broadly answer the topic questions.Themen
