This course aims at: • Providing students with diverse conceptual frameworks for analysis of ethics in business organizations; • Promoting the analysis and discussion of real cases in which companies were faced with choices that became known to the public as “ethical” or “unethical”; • Explore the underlying complexity of ethical behavior at different levels of analysis: individual-, firm-, and societal-levels; • Promote opportunity for the students to explore their own ethical style, based on their values and principles, and to elaborate on how to conciliate their style with the demands of their organizations.Literatur
