Course content

This course is for students who want to work independently on a research topic in international finance. Students can select their own topic, subject to final approval by the instructor. Topics in the past have included foreign exchange risks, strategies, and opportunities, international financial instruments, corporate governance for financial executives, hedging techniques, international financial law, international banking, investment banking, venture capital, etc. The course is taught in English by a U.S. business lawyer.
