Applications: Modelling and control of road traffic dynamics III- Fundamentals of Optimisation and Applications in Transportation a. Overview of optimization b. Basics of ANNs c. Design of traffic signal control schemes at isolated junctions d. Applications: i. Modelling concept of the numerical solutions of ODEs using ANNs ii. Modelling concept of shortest path findings in Networks iii. Traffic signals splittings at junctions iv. Routing IV- Fundamentals of Time Series and Applications in Transportation a. Overview of time series b. Mathematical modelling of time series c. Principles of forecasting d. Applications: i. Data modelling ii. Data forecasting V- Modelling and Analysis of the Dynamics of Supply Chain Networks a. Supply chain networks: An overview b. Modelling principles c.
