Lehrziel

Mobility is one of the important factors in todays’ life context. This fact is demonstrated by the rapidly growing number of Smartphone users in the last years and serves as motivation for an active development of mobile applications. Since Android Operating System is currently the leader among all mobile handsets, with over one-third of the market share, the content of this course will accompany the students through the development of android applications starting from the very basic level. In order to deepen the contents of this course, practical programming tasks are planned.

Erwartete Vorkenntnisse

There are no programming skills required, but any knowledge in Java, XML or any other programming language will help for a quick understanding. The course is intended for absolute beginners in programming applications for the Android OS.
