Self-study of literature; submission of course paper; presentation of key findings.

Inhalt/e

In connection with a semester abroad prepare a course paper (individually or in group) about establishing an Austrian company overseas or a foreign company in Austria. Prepare presentation of the key findings; self-study of literature (see the reading list below).

Themen

  • venture creation overseas;
  • form of co-operation;
  • cultural analysis;
  • market analysis;
  • financial feasibility analysis.

Lehrziel

To be able to evaluate expansion overseas basing on cultural, market and financial analysis. Further development of cultural skills.

Erwartete Vorkenntnisse

This course is part of the International Management Master programme.
