This introduction to university-level Business English will include as main topics: business writing (emails, correspondence) telephoning social communication presentations Secondary topics will include: reading short texts in English grammar and vocabulary buildingTeaching objective
Students in their second semester of study will improve English skills (speaking, reading, listening, writing). At the end of the course, students will be able to: write reader-friendly short English texts give a brief, effective presentation in English have face-to-face conversations about a range of topics, business and general read and respond to texts on business topics make telephone calls in English, asking for information, introducing, and explaining reason for callingPrior knowledge expected
