enrollment to the Master's degree Applied Business Administration

Inhalt/e

The purpose of this course is to help students improve their ability to identify issues related to inequality, discrimination, and diversity. By identifying and studying differences based on power or dominance relations, stemming from historical disparities and perpetuated by continued differential and projective treatment, students can determine key identity groups in different contexts around the world. Students will also learn to identify existing disparities between “minority” and “majority” racial, ethnic, or religious groups, and status of women in all societies. By identifying these issues, students will address them in order to learn how to reduce discrimination and increase equality, inclusion, and organizational competitiveness.
