Reading assignments and reflection on personal teaching/learning experiences; discussions of reading, questionnaires and typical "activities" to do in class

Inhalt/e

Learning about, reflecting on and trying out "new" approaches to language teaching and learning. Depending on students' interests, the following topics could be covered:

  • CAL (computer assisted learning)
  • Learner types, learning to learn, learner autonomy
  • CLIL (content and language integrated learning)
  • The lexical approach
  • Feedback culture: alternative assessment/self-assessment
  • ultiple Intelligences
