LV-Beschreibung
Intendierte Lernergebnisse
Many modern results in Applied Mathematics such as the convergence analysis of numerical methods or the analysis of partial differential equations modeling real world processes rely on nonlinear functional analysis.
After successful completion of this course, students will know methods and corresponding theoretical results on nonlinear functional analysis. They will understand and will be able to prove these theorems and will be able to apply these methods.
