Inhalt/e
This course aims to provide an in-depth exploration of the principles, techniques, and tools involved in managing and analyzing the performance of public sector organizations. The course provides knowledge about public sector organizations as service providers and fulfillers of public tasks. Participants learn about the conditions, processes, and challenges of management and control in public sector organizations. The course will cover key concepts such as public budgeting and accounting and related reforms of recent years, as well as performance measurement and management, the type of information available and how it is used.

Elaboration of assignments and cases in the group as well as in individual work: quality of content, completeness, quality of presentation and presentation of the elaboration
