Inhalt/e
This course provides the foundational knowledge of how to structure and organize innovation activities in established corporations. To better understand how to orchestrate the corporate task of innovation, the following areas are covered:
- Corporate Innovation Strategy:
Innovation Field Orientation, Basic Strategic Decisions, Innovation Strategy Blueprint, Input for Innovation Strategy Making, Path Dependency of Strategy
- Organizing Innovation in Corporations
Structural Foundation, Hierarchical and Non-Hierarchical Coordination Mechanisms, Ambidextrous Organization, Process Control through Stage-Gate Type Systems
- Organizational Innovation Climate and Culture
Levels and Archetypes of Organizational Culture, Innovation Culture and Climate Dimensions, How to Shape Innovation Culture and Climate, Relevance of Cross-cultural Differences, Innovation Initiative Management
