Intendierte Lernergebnisse
Students gain a basic knowlege of the legal provisions in the following areas:
- copyright law
- trademark law
- trade secret law
- IT contract law
- data protection law
- provider law
- media law
and are able to address the relevant points when confronted with simple cases in these fields.

1.) Actively taking part at the course (remarks, questions, statements)
2.) Case presentation: Every participant has to analyze and present a case given by the lecturer - if the number of participants is high, there will be a written exam instead of the presentations

Content of the case in connection with the content of the lecture
Beurteilungskriterien/-maßstäbe
The grade depends on the extent the participant actively takes part in the course and understands and presents the relevant aspects of the case (facts, norms, which are relevant for the case and the results / findings). In case of the exam the performance at the exam is the basis for the grade.
