For B.A. students (612), the Oxford Placement Test is part of the STEOP and should be completed as quickly as possible (you should not complete more than 22 ECTS without having completed your STEOP). B.A. students can be accepted into Language Awareness 1 (Sprachliches Grund- und Aufbaustudium Language) without the OPT, but their grades do not become valid in ZEUS until they have completed the OPT.
For “Lehramt”/UF/B.Ed. students (407), the OPT is a requirement without which they cannot be accepted into Language Awareness 1 (see Module ENA, Placement Test ENA.001).
