Lehrmethodik
The research seminar is structured in five milestones with deliverables. It covers the following topics:
- Research in scientific literature
- Presentation and discussion
- Writing a seminar report
Inhalt/e
The concrete research topic to be investigated will be selected at the beginning of the research seminar.
Erwartete Vorkenntnisse
Bachelor-level knowledge related to information and communications engineering or computer science

Beurteilungskriterien/-maßstäbe
The assessment of the research seminar is based on
- timely submission of the deliverables
- quality of the literature research
- quality of the presentations and the follow-up discusssions
- quality of the seminar report
The use of AI tools is generally permitted throughout the writing process. Students must disclose the use of AI tools in the seminar report and to label AI-generated passages accordingly (suggestions for labeling will be discussed in the seminar). The students assume sole responsibility for the text produced.
