Intended learning outcomes
Students gain a basic knowlege of the legal provisions in the following areas:
- copyright law
- trademark law
- trade secret law
- IT contract law
- data protection law
- provider law
- media law
and are able to address the relevant points when confronted with simple cases in these fields.
