Course Information

Intended learning outcomes

The focus of the course lies on the acquisition of a basic understanding of fundamental strategic tools. Students learn about and apply the central aspects of innovation management in an international context by means of theoretical discussions and real company examples.

Course content

The course focuses on in-depth discussion of selected topics introduced in the lecture (604.220). 

In particular, we will discuss disruptive innovation, paradox, open innovation, innovation culture, blue ocean strategies, business model innovation, and social innovation.
