Course Information

Intended learning outcomes

Students can describe the marketing research process and can distinguish between quantitative and qualitative data collection methods

Students can conduct a market research project independently

Students gain basic knowledge in SPSS

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

IBM SPSS is installed on all computers of the ZID in computer rooms on campus and can there be used by all students free of charge. If you want to install SPSS on your own computer, you can purchase a student licence from the ZID.

Prior knowledge expected

If there are more registrations than places for this course, students who have sucessfully passed the lecture in Marketing VO 601.620 will be prioritized.
Having knowledge in STATISTICS is highly recommended. If another selection criterion should be necessary (if there are too many registrations), then those students who have successfully passed courses in Statistics will be prioritized.
