Students develop an understanding of the concept of law and the world's legal systems. They can describe the functioning of the European Union and its legal sources, especially the internal market and its four freedoms.

Online test (essay) at the end of the semester
The exam is an online-open-book-exam. It is to be completed within 24 hours. The time frame starts at 14.04.2021 00:01 and is open until 14.04.2021 23:55.
Answers are to be submitted in form of a written essay. The essay is to be composed by yourself. Identical essays will affect your grading negatively. The authorship of your essay will be checked electronically. Plagiarism affects your grade negatively and can lead to rejection of your essay, i.e. your examination will be assessed as „insufficient“.
