Intended learning outcomes

By successfully attending this course students will be prepared to act more efficiently when negotiating/managing internationally or moving into the the role of an "expatriate".

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

Lectures, presentations by studentds, group discussions and case studies.

Course content

This course will look into cross-cultural issues of business and organisations. It will problematise the conduct of managers, employees, and organisations from a global perspective. The core will explore approaches of successful managers in interacting with people from Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe.
