To understand the basics concepts about statistics.
To be able to apply statistical methods.
To understand statistical reasoning.
To use tools for statistical computations and for generating statistical diagrams; especially to use R for this purpose.
Lehrmethodik inkl. Einsatz von eLearning-Tools
Online lecture via BigBlueButton and self-study from materials that will be made accessible. There will also be an exercises class via BigBlueButton
Inhalt/e
Basic methods of probability theory and statistics. To collect data, calculate statistical figures and draw diagrams from it and interpret these figures and diagrams in the context of the data. To judge data by probability models.
