Das Lehrerfortbildungsprogramm "Pädagogik und Fachdidaktik für Lehrer - Mathematik (PFL-M)" hat eine mehr als 30-jährige Tradition. Aktuell liegt der thematische Fokus von PFL-M auf neuen Herausforderungen des österreichischen Bildungssystems für die Sekundarstufe, konkret den Bildungsstandards für grade 8 und der Zentralmatura (grade 12). In diesem Beitrag werden die Konzeption des zuletzt durchgeführten Lehrgangs 2012-14 und ausgewählte Evaluationsergebnisse zur Akzeptanz und Wirksamkeit der Lehrgangsinhalte dargestellt.

The tradition of the programme "Pedagogoy and Subject Didactics for Teacher - Mathematics" goes back more than 30 years. The programme currently focuses on the challenges that the Austrian education system brings along, namely the National Educational Standards for Mathematics in Grades 5-8, as well as the Nationally Standardized Written Final Examination at the end of the 12th grade. This paper represents the concept of the latest training programme, which lasted from 2012 to 2014. Moreover, it also outlines selected results of the evaluation. The focus lies on the acceptance and efficiency of the themes covered throughout the training.
