Titel: How do action research and work discussion influence the biography of teachers?
Beschreibung: In Austria there are in-service courses which are based on Action Research or Psychoanalytical Pedagogy. Both concepts aim in developing the personality of teachers and to professionalize them. The question of the authors is up to what extent this development influences the further biographies of the teachers. Base of the workshop are first results of an online-questionnaire where teachers were asked about their teaching, career and possible personal changes after attending the training courses.
