Linguistics Research Day: Ca' Foscari Linguistics Goes Klagenfurt

The event is organized in the framework of the strategic cooperation between AAU and Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. During the day there will be four presentations (in the form of guest lectures) delivered by colleagues from Ca’ Foscari university about their current research projects in linguistics. Each presentation will be followed by discussion and exchange. The list of individual talks is provided below:

Talk 3 (14.00-15.00), David Newbold, Attitudes to accents: the special case of English lingua franca.

Talk 4, Maria Elisa Fina (15.00-16.00), Investigating multimodality in cultural heritage promotion: from genre analysis to translation teaching.
