| Beschreibung: | A major challenge for young entrepreneurs in Europe are changing economic, political and social conditions that result from the process of the European integration. The aim of the fourth conference on “Theory and Practice of Entrepreneurship” has been to discuss challenges for new ventures in a changing Europe and strategies allowing them facing these issues successfully. At the conference, interdisciplinary research and practical papers on international and regional entrepreneurship that explicitly deal with the topic of a changing Europe have been presented. Besides, papers that contribute to our understanding of the entrepreneurial process and the impact of the entrepreneur and his/her team on the development of new ventures in a European context have been discussed. |
