An effective communication between the parties in the software development process is important for coming to and complying with appropriate agreements on the quality of the prospective software. Such communication is impaired when developers and business stakeholders perceive quality differently. To address this problem, we aim at a solution that supports understandability and reusability of quality-related communicated information, and the quality of decisions based on this information. In this paper, we first introduce a set of knowledge structures for representing communicated information and then discuss how to map raw communication data into these structures.
