First companies need to develop a consciousness regarding knowledge and knowledge management for a strategic positioning of knowledge management in company targets, the documentation of relevant knowledge and the use of business process oriented information- and communication systems. On the way to business excellence an integrated approach on the basis of knowledge management helps to evaluate and control business processes and strategic targets to meet the competition. The Integrated Business Excellence Navigator is developed as one tool to picture and diagnose these circumstances in a holistic way. |
