UN global MFA Manual

On behalf of UN Environment, the Institute of Social Ecology together with CSIRO the WU Vienna, and Nagoya University collaborated toward the development of a Global Material Flow Accounting Manual and the application in four case study countries, i.e. South Africa, Chile, the Philippines, and Laos. The case studies aim at building capacity at the National Statistical Office (NSO), but at the same time to test on the applicability of the developed MFA Manual. The country case studies included two webinars on MFA concepts and methods followed by a training workshop in the countries.
