| Description: | COIN 1.5 ist ein Folgeprojekt von COIN. Inhalt des Projektes ist die Bewertung von klimawandelinduzierten Schäden für private Budgets und das öffentliche Haushaltsbudget in Österreich, unter der Annahme das nur bereits beschlossene Klimaschutzmaßnahmen weiter umgesetzt werden, aber keine Anpassungsmaßnahmen getroffen werden. Dazu wird ein standardisierter Bewertungszugang entwickelt und für die unterschiedlichsten Bereiche angewandt. Die Bereiche umfassen alle in der Anpassungsstrategie entwickelten Themen und werden von anerkannten ExpertInnen bearbeitet. Unsere Aufgabe ist die Untersuchung der Gesundheitseffekte in den 2030iger und 2050iger Jahren die unter der Annahme keiner Anpassungsmaßnahmen entstehen würden. |

| Description: | COIN 1.5 is a follow-up project of COIN. The content of this projects is to assess costs of climate change for public and private budgets in Austria (i.e. damage costs with presently agreed mitigation but without adaptation measures), and scope the information where full assessment is not yet possible. Therefore a consistent framework will be developed and applied across the various thematic areas. All fields of activity/sectors of the Austrian national adaptation strategy are explored by recognised experts. Our specific task is to investigate health effects that might occur in the 2030s and 2050s, if no adaptation measures are taken. |
