Business Model Portfolio Management in Incumbent Firms
Description:

Incumbent firms typically operate multiple business models. These business models, however, do not exist in isolation, they co-evolve and constantly interact with each other in a firm’s business model portfolio. This research project collects and analyzes longitudinal data from a multiple-case study to explore the evolution and dynamics of business model portfolios.
