This studyinvestigates the follow up in a postpartum setting with the aim of linkingpregnancy outcome to maternal risk factor for vascular and metabolic diseasesin later life. This proof offers the possibility for counselling the concernedwomen about their risk and the benefit of modifying lifestyle.
