EVTZ/EGTC Projekt: Un’euroregione a tre: sviluppo e prospettive della cooperazione transfrontaliera Italia, Austria, Slovenia (One Euroregion for three: development and prospects of cross-border cooperation between Italy, Austria, Slovenia)
Beschreibung: This work will discuss the possible transformation of the Alps-Adriatic Working Community in an more narrow and effective form of cross - border cooperation, to be pursued through a new juridical instrument, the EGTC. We will analyze new possibilities that this instrument may offer but also to its limits, taking into an account three dimensions - the nature of EGTC identity; the size of the EGTC; the functions of the EGTC – as well as actual the implementation of the euroregional project. The analysis will make use of documentary sources but also of SWOT analysis and will be based also on in depth interviews to qualified actors.
