Innovative Health Care Service Delivery
Description:

Most innovating efforts in Austria's health care have been constrained within organizational boundaries of acute hospitals or medical practices. New funding structures allow shifting from an insular organizational mindset to the collaboration across sectors. The project deals with the assessment of the innovative health care service delivery initiatives in Austria and the evaluation of health service integration projects.
